Empowerment Through Skills Development and Training

ITS is committed to develop our people and realise the potential within individuals and the value they add to our organisation.

We encourage our team to develop skills through further studies and offer bursaries for further skills development.

ITS is a registered mentor with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) in the disciplines of electrical, electronic, and civil engineering and we encourage our team to also register as professionals with relevant professional registration bodies. Our monthly in-house training sessions – Ukuvivinya, is where we strive to learn from one another and gain knowledge on various topics.

Socio-Economic Development

We understand our social responsibility and have contributed to our Socio-Economic Development (SED) by providing education and development in disadvantaged communities, including rural areas and those with limited services, through the various projects that we work on.

Careers

Engineering is our passion and therefore, our door is open to scholars who want to validate their aptitude for this profession.

We have strict criteria when appointing new staff, and only candidates with exceptional academic results coupled with a disposition and passion for engineering will be considered. As specialists in transportation and traffic engineering, we encourage further studies and provide bursaries and financial support to our staff that wants to pursue their studies further.
